List with Fletit
Fletit is a verified marketplace. A listing publishes only after Fletit has checked that the person behind it is entitled to offer the property — which is exactly why buyers and tenants answer enquiries here.
Anyone can draft a listing. Nobody publishes one without evidence that they own the property, manage it, or hold a mandate to market it. If you cannot supply that evidence, Fletit will not publish the listing — and no fee changes that.

Location, type, size and condition. The property record is permanent on Fletit — listings come and go against it, and its history stays.
Upload the evidence that you are entitled to offer it: a title, a lease, a letter of appointment or a signed agency agreement.
Trust operations review the evidence and either verify the claim, ask for more, or decline it. You are told which, and why.
Price, photos, availability and terms. Publishing unlocks once the claim is verified — enquiries, viewings and offers then run through Fletit.
Documents are used to verify your claim and are never published on a listing. Fletit does not publish your personal phone number or email on a public page.
What Fletit checks
What it is not
Fletit keeps property identity permanent. When you close, expire or delete a listing, the property page stays, along with its price history and the checks that were completed. That is what makes the history on this platform worth reading — and it means re-listing later starts from a record buyers already trust, not from zero.
Questions about fees, promotion or bulk imports? Start the listing and Fletit will show the current terms before anything is charged.
